An evidence-based fitness program designed to empower those living with Parkinson’s disease by optimizing their physical function and helping to delay the progression of symptoms. This national wellness program is designed to retrain the mind & body.
What: Small Group Sessions 2x/week for 4 weeks with Nationally Certified Personal Trainers
Who: Individuals in Stage 1, 2, or 3 of Parkinson’s. Must be fully independent.
When: Tuesdays & Thursdays | 1:30 – 2:15pm
Cost: $120
Junior Fit: Program for Ages 9 - 12
Our Junior FIT and Teen FIT classes meet twice per week in a small group setting and puts fun back into fitness! It is perfect for young individuals struggling with their weight.
