Aspen Athletic Clubs is a proud supporter of community events and organizations. Our community involvement ranges from charitable donations, volunteer opportunities, and money raising events.
Donation Request Form
Due to the numerous requests we receive for donations, auction items, and prizes, we request that all inquires be made via this request form.
• No Calls Please. Only requests via this form will be accepted.
• All requests must be made at least 2 weeks prior to the event.
• Not all requests will be honored. If we choose not to honor your request, you will be sent an email informing you.
• All requests will be available for pick up at the Front Desk of the Hickman Club or Front Desk of the Cedar Rapids Club depending on the location of the event. Items will be ready for pick-up 48 hours after your request and will be available for 72 hours.
Our Premium Membership with Multi-Club Access gives you access to 4 clubs (Merle Hay, SE 14th, West Glen, and Hickman). Please call or stop in for information on multi-location membership options that include access to other clubs.
